HERE'S WHAT IT'S GOING TO LOOK LIKE WHEN COMPLETE.  THE BUILDER (PINERIVER HOMES) PLANS TO PUT THIS HOME ON THE HOME TOUR THIS SUMMER.

SUNRIVER RENOVATION

HERE'S A FRONT VIEW OF THE EXISTING SUNRIVER HOUSE....ABOUT 30+ YEARS OLD.  WE'RE ONLY SAVING THE REAR PORTION OF THE ROOF (STEEP 12:12 PITCH), ADDING A SHED DORMER FOR THE UPSTAIRS ROOMS; REMOVING EVERYTHING IN FRONT, AND ADDING AN EXTENSIVE NEW ADDITION INCLUDING A TWO-CAR GARAGE, (AS SHOWN IN THE MODEL VIEWS BELOW).
